A person buying a property, and using it for holidays from time to time shouldn't have to worry about anything but enjoying. Holidays are meant to be holidays, and not looking for a plumber, an electrician, a glass merchant and so on.

We visit properties weekly, so every each problem is identified and attended immediately and, whenever needed, we inform the owner and arrange a meeting if possible. Then after, the whole process is supervised making sure every task is correctly accomplished.

Also, when our customers inform us they are coming to their properties at Marbella Area, we manage to have everything prepared, including food and cleaning products, so they are able to relax from the very first minute. And, while staying at their properties, as soon as a problem arises, we will be there to efficiently solve it.

But we don't just take care of property interiors, but outdoors too. Looking after the garden and swimming pool, meeting with maintenance companies, and paying every expense is part of our job. We handle from the most insignificant problem to complete building or redecoration works, both being you away or at your Spanish home.

As well as our maintenance services you have the possibility to rent or sale your property through us, being Martin Properties and Services a recognised official Real Estate agent. You will not have to worry about which Estate Agency has got your keys, who visited last, left the door or a window open, the light on, etc. Martin Properties and Services will manage it reliably and professionally.
